Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Baadal Pani Beach Resort, we value your time and trust. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free for our guests.

Booking Cancellations
Guests may cancel their bookings under the following terms:

15 Days or More Before Check-in:
100% of the advance amount will be refunded.

Between 10 to 14 Days Before Check-in:
80% of the advance amount will be refunded.

Between 7 to 9 Days Before Check-in:
No refund will be provided.
However, you may reschedule your booking for an alternative date (subject to availability).
Note: Alternative dates are not available on Saturdays.

Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in:
No refund and no rescheduling will be allowed.

Important Notes
All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 working days

Advance payments are non-transferable to other guests or bookings.

In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, management may offer flexible options at its discretion.

Management Rights
The resort reserves the right to deny entry, services, or cancel a booking in case of rule violations, inappropriate behavior, or emergencies.

Management is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings during your stay.
